Through intensive collaboration, we rebuilt their entire digital ecosystem from the ground up. We architected a modular headless CMS paired with a cutting-edge frontend, giving Tokyo Headspa the flexibility to evolve while maintaining performance. Our comprehensive design system ensured every interaction felt intentionally crafted, from the first scroll to the final booking confirmation.
